Hatha Yoga 

We run 2 Hatha Yoga classes every week and each one involves poses and movements that strengthen and tone the muscles and flex and extend the joints. Then there is also a special focus with each, usually the spine or the arms and shoulders or the legs and hips. We pay attention to the core and all of these in every session but we go a bit deeper with the focus area. Online sessions are usually 50 mins to an hour.
