Qi  Gong

Qi Gong is a form of exercise that strengthens and tones muscles, joints and organs while co-ordinating gentle movements with the breath. Alex earned his Qi Gong teaching qualification with Chinese Medical Doctor and Master of Qi Gong Dr. Aihan Kuhn. He has also studied with Chunyi Lin in Minneapolis and with Lee Holden online. The 2 sessions weekly incorporate either Qi Gong Flow or Therapeutic Qi Gong. For a shorter 20 minute sample watch the clip from YouTube below:
